I left Big Food to create Lovebird for my daughter. Managing my autoimmune disease on my health journey and becoming a Dad, it became clear that I needed to clean up “junk food" with real food from the earth, lightly sweetened by nature to help families rise and fly. In a perfect world, we all cook and eat fresh food. For moments when life happens, I wanted the cleanest convenience food/snacks possible. The first product is cereal because I love it and so does my daughter. Breakfast is the most important moment of the day to set your intention and nourish your body with food free of high inflammatory ingredients and full of whole food nutrition.
